Initially released as GI Joe HOF kit in 1995. • Addition of the gloves and the harpoon
• Mainly from the G.I. JOE SPY MISSION (v1) kit (without the helmet that has been equipped to this figure : https://www.action-man.eu/cobra-copter-attack/ ).
• Addition of the grey gauntlet and knife
• sleeveless vest is an addition from Action Man kit
• It's a mix of the Driver Pilote (2002) (without helmet) + the complete speedster spy kit (1999)
• Gun is added (no Action Man)
• Weapon comes from the kit and not the action figure (black color instead of dark grey)
