Frogman suit has been replaced with a more resistant full neoprene version

• Head was swapped to an AM sculpt with camo on.
• 1994 as GI Joe / 1998 as Action Man
2002 : year of the kit's release
• Released with a painted and unpainted (fluo pink-orange) O² tank carrying vest. 2 versions in box.
• Not displaying the suggested body type of Dr. X for this kit but the one from previous year. Added the mini Gatling gun from GI Joe figure.
• Not sure about the release year, 1999 or 2000 ? The gun in the right hand of the figure is added from a World's Peacekeeper Space figure.
