Initially released as GI Joe HOF kit in 1995.

• Addition of the kaki shirt
• The rifle is originally with orange accents
• This is one of the 2 color variants that exist on this kit (beige vs black beret / black vs kaki holster)

• Not sure about the release year, 1999 or 2000 ? The gun in the right hand of the figure is added from a World's Peacekeeper Space figure.
