Initially released as GI Joe HOF kit in 1995.
• Addition of the gloves and the harpoon

2002 : year of the kit's release

• Mainly from the G.I. JOE SPY MISSION (v1) kit (without the helmet that has been equipped to this figure : https://www.action-man.eu/cobra-copter-attack/ ).

• Addition of the kaki shirt
• The rifle is originally with orange accents
• This is one of the 2 color variants that exist on this kit (beige vs black beret / black vs kaki holster)

• Addition of the stick / Initially released as GI Joe HOF in 1993
