• Weapon comes from the kit and not the action figure (black color instead of dark grey)
• Put the official dark grey weapon

• Swap to normal dog tags ?

• 2x Harpoons are added + fishnet black shoulder bag
• Swap the bag to the one that has coins inside

• The 2 big grey World's Peacekeeper weapons need to be added.

• Addition of the binoculars + the black pistol.

• Needs addition of the OG mini-UZI + official snakes (put these snakes on the Indiana Jones figure).

• The mask rubber band needs to be replaced.

GI Joe Wet Suit NAVY SEAL.
• Add dark blue gloves (fabric)

• Addition of the face mask, silver shred disk, Action Man "Mission System" MS 1.1 + MS 1.8 kit ( missing the yellow pistol part and the red gun "cartridge" part that need to be added)
+ white helmet. Only 1 red disk came in the retail version.
(put the cartridge that is in the other skateboard figure)

Ultra Corps

• The golden pin on the leg belt has to be swapped for a silver one

• Addition of the glasses (Barbie / Ken) + knee pads

• Additional dinosaurs are not original, they come from another brand (Schleich)

• One spare sandbag is added
• The sling attached to the rifle is an addition + the beige watch

• Red diving vest has been replaced with a neoprene version (much more time-resistant)

• The big handgun is added as well as the dynamites and the flashlight hung on the harness.

Frogman suit has been replaced with a more resistant full neoprene version

• Bonus figure to Amazon Tracker (x-missions versions)
• Foot has been glued back into place
• M60 and SMG have been added

• Without the jetski, figure only.

• Addition of the orange belt + pistol + big weapon Driller Kit (+ flask ? + knife ?)

GI Joe Timeless Collection

• Released with a painted and unpainted (fluo pink-orange) O² tank carrying vest. 2 versions in box.

• Jumpsuit is not original and comes from Lanard Ultra Corps (as well as boots)

• Addition of accessories (plastic harness, dog tags, beret, knife+sheath, etc)

• Addition of the helmet, binoculars, black gun, yellow rope, succion cup launcher, wrist watch

• From G.I. Joe "Double Duty" series. Replaced the original body with an AM one

• Missing the blue cap + M16 gun
• From GI Joe classic collection

From the "The Adventures of GI Joe 2010" series

• Replaced the harpoon with a blue one and completed with Swimmer Kit (1995) and knife from Lanard brand / Palms are from Mattel's KEN kit

• Combined the figure + the kit and added grenades and pistol + leg holster / removed the black P90 gun of the figure

• Addition of the bag and hat
