Initially released as GI Joe HOF kit in 1995. • Addition of the gloves and the harpoon
• Mainly from the G.I. JOE SPY MISSION (v1) kit (without the helmet that has been equipped to this figure : https://www.action-man.eu/cobra-copter-attack/ ).
• Not displaying the suggested body type of Dr. X for this kit but the one from previous year. Added the mini Gatling gun from GI Joe figure.
