• The mask rubber band needs to be replaced
• Addition of 2 silver grey grenades
• Combined with some Ken-Barbie clothes• Two pair of glasses protected in a white cardboard box
• Red Ninja mission gear kit from G.I. Joe Hall of Fame. Addition of forearm and shin protections + dagger and sheath + shoes + grappling and launcher are swapped for green instead of original orange (to match the mask's window color)
• Addition of the goggles, the beret, the grappling hook and the 2 succion cups from Night Creeper
• Addition of the "Ninja Set" kit
• Grenades are changed to other versions, more textured.
• Addition of accessories (plastic harness, dog tags, beret, knife+sheath, etc)
• Replaced the harpoon with a blue one and completed with Swimmer Kit (1995) and knife from Lanard brand / Palms are from Mattel's KEN kit
• Addition of the stick / Initially released as GI Joe HOF in 1993
• Addition of a custom sewed bathrobe / Body with (eye of the) tiger tatoo comes from Operation T.I.G.E.R.
