• Red Ninja mission gear kit from G.I. Joe Hall of Fame. Addition of forearm and shin protections + dagger and sheath + shoes + grappling and launcher are swapped for green instead of original orange (to match the mask's window color)

• Valor VS Venom collection. Addition of a machine gun and a denim jeans sleeveless vest, the harness is missing ( given to Duke Nukem )

• 1994 as GI Joe / 1998 as Action Man

• Addition of the Black V-neck T-Shirt and shoes (like the vehicle box art)
• Gun is black instead of silver (like the vehicle box art)
• The jeans are not original but from "X-Catcher" figure

• Addition of the knife, belt, wrist watch, shoulder sling instead of leg velcro for the Luger holster.

• Addition of a long custom sewed "Matrix-style" black vest

GI Joe Timeless Collection

• Silver and red version

• It's a mix of the Driver Pilote (2002) (without helmet) + the complete speedster spy kit (1999)

• Jumpsuit is not original and comes from Lanard Ultra Corps (as well as boots)

• Addition of the camera, the harness+bungee rope, the headphones and the parabolic dish mic gun, binoculars, wrist watch. Have to check if the sliding line is still in the case

Addition of the weapon and leg belt from the 2000 version

• Combined the figure + the kit and added grenades and pistol + leg holster / removed the black P90 gun of the figure

Changed the golden pistol for the big machine gun

Black & gold version

Mixed the 2001 and 2002 version to better suit my taste. Added the pistol+holster (Max Steel) / Added the knife + sheath

Bonus figure of "Kart Extreme" / No tool / Added the motorcycle vest / Rapid Fire's machine gun / X-bladed axe

Bonus figure sold with Ultra Bike / Added the missile launcher (from GI Joe Roadblock 2004 figure)

Addition of the Squid from "Ocean Monster" kit (2001) and the "Swimmer Set" (1995)

Unofficial boots and added accessories. Body has normally bare hands not gloved ones.
